Todays guest is Catherine Nyika, the founder and principal practitioner at The Inner Shine Clinic in Sydney, Australia. She works face-to-face and via Zoom with people all over the globe and is a dedicated advocate of empowering others to heal themselves with the innate wisdom and too ls they already possess.
Catherine is a clinical social worker, a holistic counsellor with expertise in mental health, a Certified EFT Practitioner and Certified Matrix Re-Imprinting Practitioner. Catherine gracefully guides her clients using EFT Tapping to release core wounds and past trauma on a cellular level so that they can be free from “I’m not enoughness”, overwhelm, anxiety, and fear and start to live a life of authentic freedom, truly loving who they are, as they are, right now. The key components of Catherine’s work are; self-love & acceptance, emotional freedom, and personal growth and expansion.
